Description
Ridgeview Elementary School is hosting its third annual Claws for the Cause EPIC Walk-a-thon on Friday, September 11, 2015. This event is a fundraiser to support ongoing program needs at the school. In addition to raising funds, the Walk-a-thon promotes health and wellness in a fun and exciting way. Money raised from Claws for the Cause EPIC Walk-a-thon has funded many Ridgeview past projects including:
-Playground equipment
-Basketball and volleyball courts
- Scholastic Readers for each student
- Funds to support the advanced reading program
- Funds for the school nurse and guidance counselor
- Funds for the music and arts programs
- Benches in the front of the school
