Description
PREREQUISITE: Must have completed "GrowthWheel Introduction" and submitted GrowthWheel® 360° Screening prior to registration. This small group training will focus on FINANCIALS. Each participant will work on an individual action plan or growth plan related to:
Work that relates to relations with market players
Collecting competitor information
Improving the company's competitive position
Collecting market information.
Each participant will receive a kit that is customizable to their individual business's needs. Pre-registration required.
