The first craft cidery in Tennessee - Gypsy Circus Cider Company - invites members of the community to our official media release, the Media Meyhem event. Gypsy Circus Cider Company - with its 40-barrel production facility in Kingsport - utilizes locally sourced and fresh pressed apples to make its award-winning cider. At the event you'll hear from the head cider blender and owner - Aaron Carson, a Telford native, as well as city of Kingsport leadership and Chamber representatives about what the large-scale craft cidery will mean for the region. We will have Gypsy Circus Cider available for sampling, handmade truffles made from Gypsy Circus's Cider, as well as appetizers from Stirfry. Earlier this year, Gypsy Circus Cider Company was awarded a Gold Medal for its Dry Cider - Rain Dancer - at the International East Meets West Wine Challenge in California. Gypsy Circus will be available to the Tri-Cities region beginning in April to kick off Tri-Cities Craft Beer Week and the official public release will be April 8th at Johnson City's Founder's Park for the first stop of the Gypsy Circus Caravan Tour.
