Description
This small group training will focus on EMPLOYEES. Each participant will work on an individual action plan or growth plan related to:
- Staff cost/benefit
- Job descriptions 'creating value and clarity'
- Recruiting the next employee Each participant will receive a kit ($100 Value) that is customizable to their individual business's needs.
Pre-registration required. PREREQUISITE: Must have completed "GrowthWheel Introduction" and submitted GrowthWheel® 360° Screening prior to registration.
