Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and provide outstanding customer service
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
• Assist clients with claims and ensure timely resolution
• Support the sales team with new business and client retention efforts
• Maintain accurate records in our agency management system

Qualifications:

• Valid Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems

Work Hours:

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Holidays similar to bank holidays
